I guess I'm somewhat of an "old-fashioned" artist. While I do use some digital elements in my artwork, about 90% of what you see is all hand done...is other words, it's all pen, ink, colored pencil, etc. I see so much talent done with digital art these days, but I still prefer a good prismacolor marker :).

That really means a lot to me - thank you. This is one of MY favorites. I think that it captures how she would feel, or rather what she would daydream being Oracle...the pain, the desire to have that life again, the "what-ifs". I also really want to do a piece that would capture the revenge aspect of how she would feel as well. Still brainstorming on that one :). Again, I really appreciate it. :hug:

It definitley makes you put yourself in Barbara's shoes (or chair. hehe, that was evil) and see her mindset on things. If you did another one, I think I'd have to worship you forever. :worship: I'm surprised this hasn't gotten any more favs!!! It is very upsetting that brilliance goes unfaved. :tears:

I couldn t agree more with you, old fashioned art still rocks and is still the best way to go, nothing like tracing lines softly with pencils and then defining with a more precise pulse and finally coloring either with pencils, watercolors, or prismacolors which are splendid to give the finisihing touch to a good drawing!!!
Nice concept, I hadnt seen oracle with the batgirl costume before!!!!

What a concept! Makes me sad in a way, that she can no longer do what she loved to do as Batgirl. But on the other hand, there's only one Oracle, and she does so much in that role, too.
